I love what I do.  I get to showcase awesome Guests as a Host on “Donna's Edge” well as keep You updated on local events, news and weather.   I think the success of any talk show is to allow the Guest to be the “Star” of the show .   The effect of feeling like we’re in the living room of the Guest allows a calm, “we’re friends” feeling and that platform draws listeners.  I mean, after a long day at work, you’re ready to listen to a down home, friendly voice, and I hope I do that for you.  It’s my goal to let you be “ready” for your family and relax the rest of the night.  That could be simply from hearing something that puts you in that kind of mood.

My Talk Show career began with friend Tom Williams with TV 24 in Jacksonville,  AL .  Tom took a chance and allowed me to  “get my feet wet” in Television as Talk Show Host of “The Edge” and “In the Company of Women. 

Phil and I later relocated to Charlotte NC and I was Talk Show Host of “The Women’s Edge” on TV 21.  My Co-Hosts Karlynn Walker and Natasha Hicks, both of Charlotte, NC  brought a lot of fun and variety to the show.
